1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using APEX AI services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

APEX AI provides AI visibility optimization services including auditing, engineering, monitoring, and optimization of your digital presence across AI platforms. Services are provided on a subscription basis as described in your selected plan.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. The AI Visibility Sprint is a one-time payment. Full AI Visibility is billed monthly. All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are in USD.

4. 90-Day Guarantee

Full AI Visibility clients who do not see measurable improvements in AI visibility metrics within 90 days may request a full refund. "Measurable improvements" are defined as positive changes in our proprietary visibility scoring system.

5. Cancellation

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No early termination fees apply. Upon cancellation, access to dashboards and monitoring continues through the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

All strategies, reports, and optimization frameworks developed by APEX AI remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their business purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

APEX AI's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
