Getting Started

AI visibility refers to how prominently your brand appears in AI-powered search results and recommendations across major platforms. It matters because AI systems are increasingly where your customers discover information—optimizing your presence ensures you're not invisible to these systems.
We monitor your brand across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI, and SearchGPT using proprietary APIs and monitoring infrastructure. Our system continuously tracks how often your brand appears in results, in what context, and how prominently—giving you real-time visibility scores.
Within 72 hours, we'll integrate with your brand data, establish baseline visibility metrics across all platforms, and Aria (your Private Client Advisor) will schedule an onboarding call. Your first dashboard snapshot will show where you stand today and what opportunities exist for improvement.
Each platform gets a score from 0–100 based on mention frequency, context quality, and prominence. Your overall visibility score is a weighted average. Higher scores mean you're appearing more often and in better contexts. Your dashboard shows trends, so you can track improvements week-to-week.

Platform Coverage

We monitor six major platforms: ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Perplexity, Gemini (Google), Google AI, and SearchGPT. These are the primary systems where enterprise decision-makers search for information—monitoring them gives you complete visibility into where you matter most.
Scores update in near-real-time, with refreshes occurring every 4–6 hours. Your dashboard shows you the latest snapshot immediately, and we compile detailed weekly and quarterly reports showing trends, changes, and performance versus competitors in your space.
Visibility depends on content quality, backlink authority, recency, brand mentions across the web, social signals, and how comprehensively your industry coverage is indexed. We track all these factors and show you which ones to optimize for maximum impact on each platform.
We provide platform-specific recommendations and, with APEX Command enabled, can execute optimizations automatically—from publishing content to managing web properties to building strategic partnerships. Each platform has unique ranking factors, and we tailor your strategy accordingly.

Dashboard & Reports

Your dashboard displays your overall visibility score, platform-by-platform breakdown, top competitors, trending keywords, and recent changes. It's designed to give you everything you need at a glance while allowing deep dives into specific metrics when you need detail.
Your QBR is a comprehensive report delivered by Aria that shows visibility trends, attributed revenue impact, competitor movements, and strategic recommendations. It connects your visibility metrics directly to business outcomes, so you see the ROI of your investment in AI presence.
Autonomous fixes are automatic optimizations we deploy when we detect visibility drops or opportunities. With APEX Command enabled, these can run 24/7 without approval. You always see what we've done in the Activity log, and you can review or roll back any change if needed.
We use privacy-safe attribution modeling that correlates visibility improvements with pipeline and closed deals. While we can't track every click to conversion, we use statistical methods to estimate how much revenue lift comes from improved AI visibility in your market.

APEX Command Full Tier Only

APEX Command is our autonomous action engine that lets us optimize your visibility without waiting for your approval on every change. It's like having a dedicated team working 24/7 to ensure your presence stays strong across all platforms—all managed through simple preference settings.
When we detect a visibility threat—like negative mentions, competitor visibility spikes, or platform changes affecting your rankings—APEX Command can respond within minutes. Actions might include content publishing, reputation management, or strategic positioning updates, all automated based on your preferences.
APEX Command can publish content, manage your web properties, coordinate with partners, update metadata, adjust targeting strategies, and deploy reputation management tactics—all within boundaries you set. Every action is logged, auditable, and reversible if needed.
In your dashboard, visit Settings → APEX Command to set guardrails: maximum spending limits, action categories to enable/disable, approval thresholds, and notification preferences. You have complete control over what happens, and Aria is always available to discuss your configuration.

War Room

The War Room is your command center for real-time visibility threats and opportunities. It aggregates all alerts, gives you battle-station style visibility into what's happening across platforms, and connects you directly with Aria and our team for rapid response when something critical is happening.
We use a DEFCON-style system: DEFCON 1 (critical visibility threat requiring immediate action), DEFCON 2 (significant negative movement), DEFCON 3 (moderate attention needed), DEFCON 4 (monitoring), and DEFCON 5 (normal). Each level triggers different response types and notification intensity.
Our systems continuously monitor all six platforms for changes affecting your visibility. When we detect significant movements—whether positive opportunities or emerging threats—we surface them instantly in the War Room and trigger notifications based on your DEFCON level and alert preferences.
You get alerts for critical threats (DEFCON 1–2), significant opportunities, competitive threats in your market, and any changes to your visibility scores above your configured thresholds. Customize notification channels—email, Slack, SMS—in your preferences, and we'll respect your do-not-disturb hours.

Billing & Account

APEX AI is $5,000/month, billed monthly via Stripe. Invoices are generated on your billing date and payment is automatically charged to your card on file. You can view all invoices, download them, and manage your billing information anytime in Account Settings.
Yes, you can cancel with 30 days' notice. We'll stop charging you after your current billing period ends. No early termination fees or penalties—just give us notice and we'll make the transition smooth, including data export if you need it.
Go to Account Settings → Billing → Payment Methods. Add a new card, set it as your default, or delete old ones. Changes take effect immediately for future charges. If you need a more complex billing arrangement, Aria can discuss custom terms with you.
Your subscription includes monitoring across all six platforms, real-time dashboards, weekly digests, quarterly business reviews, Aria—your Private Client Advisor, War Room access, and APEX Command (our autonomous optimization engine) with full control over preferences and guardrails.

Aria — Your Private Client Advisor

Aria is your Private Client Advisor, available 24/7 in your dashboard. She's trained on your account, your industry, and APEX's best practices. Think of her as a mix between a CMO advisor and a technical expert—she's here to answer questions, make recommendations, and help you get maximum value from APEX AI.
Ask Aria anything about your visibility metrics, platform-specific strategies, competitive positioning, APEX Command configuration, billing questions, or business impact analysis. She can explain your data, suggest optimizations, and help you understand what's happening in your AI presence landscape.
Yes. Aria can schedule strategy calls, QBR reviews, onboarding sessions, or deep dives with our team. Just ask her in chat and she'll coordinate timing, send calendar invites, and prep briefing materials so you're ready for the call. She integrates with your calendar automatically.
Aria has full access to your APEX account data (visibility metrics, reports, configurations) but no access to your internal systems. She can see what's happening with your AI presence but can't access your internal networks, customer data, or other sensitive information outside of APEX.
